What is LSP?
LSP is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique that draws on extensive research in business, organizational development, psychology and learning.
In LSP sessions, participants build three-dimensional models to represent ideas, relationships, or challenges, then use storytelling and reflection to uncover new perspectives. The process engages every voice in the room, surfaces collective wisdom, and accelerates alignment around complex topics.
Why Get Certified?
LSP so much more than fun and games using a pile of LEGO bricks! At the core of the methodology are theories, models and tools incorporating behavioral science, systems thinking and adult learning. Understanding the complexity really takes the facilitator to the next level (rather than just collecting a handful of building prompts from books.)
With skillful facilitation, LSP can help participants see themselves and their landscapes in new ways, developing entirely new knowledge of challenges and opportunities together in areas such as:
LEGO®, the LEGO® logo, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, the Minifigure, and the Brick and Knob configurations are trademarks of the LEGO Group.
