Your Trainer: Jennifer Hart
Jennifer Hart, Founder and CEO of Intelektularo, is a certified trainer of Inthrface's 2-day Foundational Certification, developed in partnership with Prof. Johan Roos (co-creator of the original LEGO® Serious Play® method).
Jennifer is also an experienced and certified facilitator who integrates a range of LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) applications into her work as a leadership, communication, and organizational culture coach, consultant, and instructor.
A passionate global nomad, Jennifer is a polyglot and true believer in the value of humor and play -- even -- or perhaps especially -- in serious work.

What is LSP?
LSP is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique that draws on extensive research in business, organizational development, psychology and learning.
In LSP sessions, participants build three-dimensional models to represent ideas, relationships, or challenges, then use storytelling and reflection to uncover new perspectives. The process engages every voice in the room, surfaces collective wisdom, and accelerates alignment around complex topics.
